Lawn Edging, Mulch & Garden Bed Maintenance
Edging creates a borderline that creates visual interest in an area by separating one segment of your yard from another. Keeping your lawn edged prevents the grass roots from intruding into sidewalks and driveways, which can cause unsightly cracks.
Mulch is a layer of material applied to the surface of an area of soil. Its purpose is any or all of the following: to conserve moisture, improve the fertility and health of the soil, reduce weed growth and enhance the visual appeal of the area.
A mulch is usually but not exclusively organic in nature. It may be applied to bare soil, or around existing plants. Mulches of manure or compost will be incorporated naturally into the soil and when applied correctly can dramatically improve soil productivity.
Spring & Fall clean-up
Trees, shrubs and flowers can benefit from good cleaning, just like your home. A spring cleanup prepares your landscape for summer. A Fall cleanup gets your yard ready for winter. But not all fall cleanup is in the yard. This is also a good time to clear leaves and other debris from rain gutters.
